Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis is the largest ski area in Central Switzerland. There are 180 kilometers of pistes with 33 lifts at a maximum elevation of 3,000 meters. Andermatt-Sedrun includes the ski areas of Gemsstock, Nätschen - Gütsch - Schneehüenerstock, and Sedrun - Oberalp. Andermatt accepts the Epic Pass (see website for details).
Lucerne is a city with many historic, cultural, and artistic attractions including the medieval Chapel Bridge and the Museggmauer, a wall which, with the exception only of one of its towers, has been preserved in its original, well-fortified state.
