This weekend trip (staying at the club lodge) is targeted as a very friendly ski/ride weekend. 

The itinerary for the weekend is as follows, you can follow all of it or whatever parts you want:

Friday Feb 10th: drive yourself up (or carpool with another member) to the lodge in Boyne Falls. Arrive anytime on friday (its about a 6-7 hr drive from the NW suburbs to boyne falls, we also lose an hour due to the time change, so some folks might get in late - which is fine). 

Saturday Morning Feb 11th: we will provide a continental breakfast (or you are also free to bring your own food), then we will head to Nubs Nob (about 30 minutes away)

Saturday Evening Feb 11th: we will be providing dinner for anyone who wants to join (probably around 5:30). It will be a spaghetti dinner with garlic bread and salad. After that, we will provide some kids movies and games in the lodge. If anyone is interested, Michigan's largest indoor water park (Avalanche Bay), is located at Boyne Mountain less than a mile from the lodge. 

Sunday Morning Feb 12th: we will provide a continental breakfast, then we will pack up and head out to Caberfae Peaks (which is mostly on the way back home, about 2 hrs from the lodge). This breaks up the long trip home. Caberfae also has reduced lift tickets starting at 1PM if you are only looking to do a 1/2 day or a few hours. 

NOTE: if you have INDY+ passes, both resorts are covered on them (since INDY+ has no blackout dates). If you have INDY passes, only Caberfae tickets will be covered.
