Things to do close to the lodge 

From the lodge a Mackinac Island ferry is less than a 50-mile drive.  On Mackinac Island you can join visitors who for centuries who found this national landmark an ideal place to spend the day. No cars. (Bike, hike, horseback, take a carriage ride, drive your own carriage).  Enjoy world-famous fudge, ice cream, explore the historic Fort Mackinac, see the butterflies and of course SHOPPING!!

 

Between Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs, and Bay Harbor there is countless opportunities for biking, hiking and exploring nature's most beautiful settings.  There are 10 world-class golf courses, 33 award-winning restaurants, a water park, zipline adventures!
