C.M.S.C. PICNIC 2017
The CMSC picnic was a huge success this year. We had 140 people in attendance representing 14 ski clubs.
The food was out of this world, if I say so myself. I personally simmered 180 brats for a good 10 hours and they have never been better. Stewart from Old Warsaw Inn donated the Polish sausage this year and I complimented that by making candied sauerkraut. I did include a secret ingredient ( Bourbon)!!!
The Norge ski jumpers took to the skies at 4:00 and they flew for an hour. They jumped off the 25, 40, 60 and 70 Meter Jumps.
Jeannie from the Kirby Ski Club is amazing with organized games and if you win there are prizes for the winners, Bonus!!
The big hit game of the night was giant Jenga played to load music from our DJ smooth crew.
To conclude the evening 25 people stayed and camped overnight. We enjoyed s'mores & stories around a giant bonfire until the wee hours of the night.
