This year’s Christmas Party was a big hit. Forty of us Four Winders where in attendance. We had old members as well as new members, Naughty members as well as Nice ones. Marty & Genie Tash were the newest members who actually joined the club that Saturday, so they could come to the party and meet everyone.

Appetizers started the evening & where in abundance, Shrimp Cocktail, Cheese & Sausage, Veggie Trays & Chip Dips filled the island. While devouring the appetizers we caught up on summer activities, Kids endeavors & of course upcoming Ski Trips. Richard Stash was pushing his Minnesota trip over Martin Luther King weekend. Looks to be a fun trip.

Dinner was served, the main course consisted of Baked Ham & Turkey. The Ham was popular, the serving tray was licked clean & not a morsel was left for Santa or his Reindeers.

It was time for the big event. The ever popular White Elephant Gift Exchange. Twenty nine of us participated. Sought after gifts this year consisted of a Garage Storage Rack, Cookie Jar filled with cookies, Dancing Santa & Pyrex Dishes.

Moscow Mules were the drink of the night, it was the ginger that kept us going all night.

Gregg Schuring out did himself this year. He & his Mom made skiing cookies for everyone, no detail was spared. The cookies had skies made of gum, ski poles with life savers, very clever & a lot of work. I heard rumors people were making them into ornaments.
